They require time and progressive effort, as they are the result of collective mental inadequacy. Their resolution is achieved to the extent that this inadequacy is restored through collective mental evolution.

BoMES AI actively supports, at every stage of a project solving a significant problem, the progressive mental evolution of those involved. It contributes to the development of the appropriate mental adequacy, preventing the drift of both the AI system (LLM Baseline Drift) and the participants (Emotional/Biological Drift) toward desiderative functioning. 🚀

📌 The steps of the process are as follows:

1. Definition of the problem

Management defines the team that will work on solving the problem as well as the project manager. All members jointly agree on a clear definition of the problem, which is captured concisely and with common acceptance.

2. Individual collaboration with BoMES AI

Each team member collaborates individually with BoMES AI, entering:

• The definition of the problem.
• Their personal views on the method of resolution.
• The steps they consider necessary for implementing the solution.

BoMES AI evaluates each member’s proposal with the $FQ/RG$ metrics, helping the individual identify and remove desiderative-emotional considerations before the final submission. This collaboration results in each member’s final, pragmatically processed proposal. 🤝

3. Synthesis and project design

The project manager enters the proposals of all members. With the support of BoMES AI, a simple “average” of opinions is not performed; instead, the Pragmatic Position emerges through the cross-referencing of data. Thus, the implementation steps of the project are collaboratively formed. Each step constitutes an opportunity for collective mental evolution. 🌱

4. Management of new problems

Problems arising during the implementation of any step are addressed by the team by repeating steps 1 to 4, thus reinforcing continuous learning and adaptation to reality. 🔄
